Refund Policy

 Pratap Shiksha Samriddhi Yojana

 Important Notice:

The examination fee of 320 Per Coures  for the Pratap Shiksha Samriddhi Yojana is strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances. Applicants and their guardians are requested to read this Refund Policy carefully before proceeding with the application.

 1. Non-Refundable Examination Fee

  • Examination fee paid during the application process is mandatory and non-refundable.
  • This fee covers the cost of:
    • Online exam platform and technical operations
    • Exam management and result processing
    • Administrative support and communication (SMS/WhatsApp notifications)
  • This fee is charged to manage the overall examination process and cannot be claimed back for any reason once paid.

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstance

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • If the applicant withdraws or cancels the application after payment.
  • If the applicant fails to appear in the examination due to personal, technical, or any other reason.
  • If the applicant does not qualify in the exam or is not selected for the scheme free facilities.
  • If the applicant is disqualified due to incorrect or false information, malpractice, or rule violations.
  • If the applicant faces technical issues from their side, such as poor internet connectivity, power cuts, or device failure during the exam.
  • If the exam is postponed or rescheduled, the same fee will be valid for the new date, but no refund will be provided.

3. Special Case: Double Payment

The only situation where a refund may be considered is if a candidate accidentally makes a double payment for the same application.

  • Such cases must be reported to the helpdesk within 3 working days of the payment date.
  • After verification, the extra payment will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days, to the original payment method.

4. Final Authority of the Institution

  • All decisions regarding refund eligibility rest solely with the MK Group of Education / Pratap Shiksha Samriddhi Yojana Management Committee.
  • The management has the full right to update or modify this Refund Policy without prior notice.
  • Once the fee is paid, it is considered that the applicant has accepted all the terms of this Refund Policy.

 5. No Refund for Missed Exams

If the student fails to attend the exam, forgets the exam date, or cannot appear for any reason (including technical issues or emergencies), no part of the exam fee will be refunded or adjusted for a future exam.
